Delivery
We post to the United Kingdom only.
All jewellery is sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery, which is fully tracked and insured to protect your order. Postage is a flat £9.45 per order.
We aim to post your order within 5 working days, and often sooner. Once posted, Royal Mail Special Delivery is typically delivered the next working day.
Prefer to collect in person? You are welcome to collect from the studio by appointment. Please contact us to arrange a time.
Returns and Refunds
At Ornate Piercing and Tattoos, the health and safety of our customers is our highest priority. Due to the nature of body jewellery and strict hygiene standards, all body jewellery sales are final.
Returns and exchanges
We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds on body jewellery once it has been sold, unless the item is faulty or not as described.
This policy applies to all body jewellery, including (but not limited to):
- Nose jewellery
- Labrets
- Barbells
- Rings and clickers
- Navel jewellery
- Ear jewellery
- Retainers
As these items are intended for intimate personal use, they cannot be resold once they have left our premises for health and hygiene reasons. UK law recognises that certain sealed goods supplied for health protection or hygiene reasons may be exempt from the normal cancellation rights once unsealed.
Faulty or incorrect items
If you believe your jewellery is faulty, damaged, or you have received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with your proof of purchase. Where an item is confirmed to be faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which may include a repair, replacement or refund.

Your statutory rights
Nothing in this returns policy affects or limits your statutory rights under UK consumer law. If your purchase is faulty, not as described, or otherwise fails to meet the standards required by law, your legal rights remain fully protected.
